Fluorite- Stars & Stones Week Aug 15-21 August 14, 2016

The Universe and I sat down together for a wonderful meditation this morning. Fluorite came to me as the stone that the cosmos wants us to work with for the next few days. Reading Divine Harmony’s Astrology for the week- it, of course, soooo works!

In reading the forecast for the week, I made some notes and then used a few crystal books to back up the Universe’s suggestion of Fluorite. I should just trust, but it makes me feel much better when I have back up that supports my knowings.

Monday we need to work on balance connected to strong self awareness. Lots of transformation going on.

Tuesday great growth, moving beyond our shadow sides, show up to our lives and do the work, move out of old self worth issues, and digging deep to move relationships forward positively.

Wednesday is again about balance again, mastering inner passions, look deeper, find strength in self worth.

Thursday is the full moon with it seems some questionable eclipse. This is bringing some big endings, she states that we should not try to understand ourselves today, and there is some money and love happening in abundance.

Friday and Saturday are Ah Ha! moments and lots of third eye chakra listening.

Sunday brings an emotionally explosive day.

Now it gets really interesting. If you read the forecast and thinking about the above, Fluorite helps release the mind in situations of stressful living, opens your body to the Universe, helps discourage chaos, is the “stone of discernment and aptitude”, and brings balance to relationships.

I believe that Monday and Thursday carrying Fluorite as the stone of the day is going to be great. I would recommend pairing it with Mangano Calcite on Tuesday/Wednesday and with Petalite on Friday. Wearing Fluorite together with a bit of corundum for the weekend might bring that little extra balance you need. That corundum could be either ruby or sapphire. I would lean towards the sapphire though if you have it.

I look forward to the journey with you this week as I keep Fluorite about my person.

Some fun facts about Fluorite for you to think about:

Fluorite was named either in 1530 or 1797, but there seems to be agreement that is was named for the fact that it is useful in the smelting process to help some metals become more flowing- thus “Fluo”. It has a hardness of 4. Fluorite is composed of only two chemicals Calcium and Fluoride. Colors it can be seen in are purple, lilac, golden-yellow, green, colorless, blue, pink, champagne, and brown, one article referenced sources of black. Industrially it is know as Fluorspar. There are over 9,000 locations world wide where Fluorite can be found. The single largest crystal was a cube weighing 16 tons. And do not forget that Fluorite has the fluorescence properties under UV light.

Thank you www.mindat.org and wikipedia for these fun facts.
