Labradorite Day 3 August 11, 2016
Labradorite Grid
My little grid- Today I began the day with my grounding and meditation. I used the felt leaf from the Beekeepers and my labradorite palm stone. It was another great meditation following a golden path.
But then inspiration hit, a grid for the day seemed called for as I read my daily astrology report from Susan Miller on Astrology Zone. Being able to communicate seemed very important today. I closed my eyes and asked the Universe what this should look like.
I knew I wanted to use the big piece of labradorite for the middle. Then out popped a second palm stone to compliment the first labradorite palm. This was getting better. I saw quartz points and azurite dancing in my head. Now just to find them. What was hiding in my collection was sooo much better than the picture in my head. I found 6 tangerine quartz singers. Perfect. Next I figured I was going to have to make a trip to Celestial Awakenings for the azurite. I felt like I should have some, but I could not find their hidey-hole. On the lookout for the last set of stones to complete this grad, I stumbled on my bowl of 2 dozen azurite pieces. Four pieces in place later I remembered seeing 4 Vera Cruz amethyst. And I was done. But… you may ask… was the point of this?
Gridding
A grid brings energies together in a unique way. You can build one to generate those energies out or in. In this case I built a grid to radiate the energies out. The power of the stones builds in the grid and fills the space around it. In this case, the space around it is my house.
If you look at the picture again, I put the large Labradorite piece in the middle to make it my focal stone. As we have seen, this is the stone of magic and protection. This means that I have put a stone in the middle that is going to generate magic and keep the area protected while it does it. Adding the other two labradorite palm stones now boosts that intention even more. I like to use a few clear quartz points in my grids to amplify the energy a bit more. I use the points to have a physical representation on my intention to have the grid flow it’s energies either in or out. In this case, the points are pointed out…. yes, reminding me and the grid that we are allowing the energies of the grid to flow OUT.
This time, the tangerine quartz singers came out to play. They added just that to me, a playful was to communicate. If you have never heard quartz singers, I urge you to find a few and roll them together. They have a beautiful chime like quality that has always made me think of what the Himalayan Mountains must energetically sound like. With the singers in place to add playful, amplified communication, I placed the azurite. Here is the part that the Universe was so stuck on, making sure the azurite made it to the party. Here it was. This beautiful example of Blue Ray energies opening the intuition allowing the pure communication to come through.
I love things in extreme when I work, but occasionally the Universe asks me to see reason. How this came about today was Universe stepping in and asking for Vera Cruz Amethyst to join for soothing and calming healing. The amethyst quartz is the master healer. It gives so much for us (but that is a story for another time). The lilac purple of the Vera Cruz adds a gentleness to the grid while the amethyst gives it a broader healing base.
My horoscope for the day alluded to me needing to be able to communicate well and in my truth to those around me to promote my career. I feel that this grid allowed me to do that without the normal missteps that I usually make.
I hope that this post took a little of the mystery out of grids and helped you on to your way of making one for yourself. I look forward to seeing your grids on my Facebook page.
