Up & Downs of Sisters July 3, 2016

The hopes for a great show on Friday were high. Got up at 4:45, showered, breakfasted, and in the SUV by 5:30! Running on time. Driving once again to Central Oregon for a Mineral Show 3 hours away. Beautiful drive, great weather, and company this time. Get to the show, talk to vendors, all looking good to start the Real Time Sales at 10:00am. Life is so good.

We get the first 8 items loaded and all are happy. Scott, the vendor, is pulling pieces out of cases, talking up their awesome qualities…. Pictures flashing…. computer running right along….. Yup, you guessed it…. Then the hiccup.

The computer refuses to load pictures onto the sales site. Fighting for 3-5 minutes for picture loading times. The frustration starts to mount. Scott is supportive, the husband is supportive…. and I see the Sale crashing with the computer. Turn it off, turn it back on, check internet connectivity, reduce resolution of pictures to be loaded. All of this for naught. Then we realize that the computer battery has not the charge to support more than about 2 hours…… The struggle ended at 12:30 as we call time for sanity.

A great lunch in the air conditioning and then back to the show to buy for our Erathan Selections Cart for you. We are crossing our fingers to solve these moments for Cascade Locks on Friday. See you then!!!!!!
